HR Senior Staff Full Time

Salary: 7m – 9m JPY

Bonus: Annual bonus between 10 -15%,

HR is becoming an ever more important discipline within the life of each company. The continuing training and hands-on experiences that our client can offer for this HR Senior Staff position will provide many future career path opportunities.

Our client is looking for someone to join their dynamic team and support the various service lines within the organization by being actively hands-on through:

• Participating in the active recruitment of 15-20 new staff per year
• Helping to further establish our internal policies
• Work with our global communications and marketing team to enhance our brand
• Monitoring and improving staff well being
• On-boarding/off-boarding employees
• Maintaining HR-related database
• Maintain the tracking system for staff hours
• Liaise with external vendors for payroll and social insurance calculations
• Communicate with employees for annual evaluations, health check-ups, and year-end tax adjustment

Ideally, we would like you to have the following:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
• Native Japanese language and good English (TOEIC 700+)
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Able to maintain confidentiality on all matters and professionally minded with the ability to not get involved with personal or private conflicts
• Eager to learn with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to thrive in a swiftly changing environment while multi-tasking as required
• Experience working in a multi-cultural workplace
• Experience working in the services area a plus.
