Our client is looking for motivated professionals to join their friendly team and help contribute to their company. If you have between 2-5 years FP&A experience (Controlling) then this opportunity is for you. The main purpose of this role is to:

– Conduct business analysis of the commercial performance of Company, Divisions and Projects to protect Company’s sales, profit and net working capital targets

– Supports management in decision making with fact-base analysis and counter proposals

– Create transparency by actual reporting and precise forecasting of KPIs

– Compute and propose budget KPIs and track them by closely working with business owners

Develop and maintain adequate tools for assessment, evaluation and tracking

Key responsibilities and accountabilities will be:

– Financial and business analysis of main KPIs, such as customers, product categories, sales, margin, cost/expense and inventories (net working capital) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

– Preparation of monthly business performance review materials for the local board and Region

– Accurate monthly actual reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting of KPIs, including meeting demanding deadlines

– Active participation and – in future steps – leading of cross-functional project teams (with e.g. Store Operations, Buying, Marketing and / or Supply Chain) to monitor and support commercial activities

Develop and maintain reporting systems and tools for day-to-day work.
