Requirement: 3+ years of internal audit experience, Business level Japanese & English

This opportunity to work in an exciting and well-liked company will require a successful candidate to do the followings:

• Develop, implement, and improve the Group’s internal audit plan.
• Conduct group internal audits (interviews, inspection of materials, preparation of reports)
• Provide instructions and guidance to managers and other departments subject to audits, propose and promote operational improvements, and strengthen and promote compliance.
• Planning of internal audit operations, proposal and promotion of operational improvements, and reinforcement and promotion of compliance

Future roles to include:

• Planning and operation of compliance-related committees and secretariat, etc.
• Support and evaluation of J-SOX (management evaluation, correspondence with audit firms)

We communicate online with business units and back-office members in Japan and other countries on a daily basis and proceed with audit procedures through repeated discussions and consultations.

This work requires a relatively specialized accounting and auditing background. We have an environment in which you can voluntarily take on challenges in a variety of areas, such as compliance audits, security audits, and company-wide internal control projects.

Experience in any of the following

1. Auditing experience (accounting audit at an auditing firm)
2. Auditing experience (internal auditing experience at a business company)
3. Corporate planning
4. President’s office
5. Accounting

Certifications 

• Certified Public Accountant (including US CPA), CIA (other internal audit-related certifications)
• A person who actively and proactively gathers information on internal audit topics and has an awareness of the Group’s issues to be resolved.
