The ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients simultaneously, attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial. Extensive experience and skills in accounting, along with familiarity with local accounting software and ERP systems, are required. Knowledge or experience in HR matters (payroll, social insurances) is a plus. Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) are also necessary.
