本ポジションは、柔軟性があり、チームワークを大切にし、プレッシャーの中でもプロフェッショナルとして業務を遂行できる方に適しています。業務内容は、シニアスタッフの指導のもと、外資系企業の日本法人を中心としたクライアントの担当、会計記録の確認、法人税・消費税の申告書作成、決算書の作成、クライアントとの英語でのやり取りなどを含みます。必須の経験としては、法人税・消費税申告書の作成、記帳、年次決算、引当金、消費税差異、中小企業判定、役員報酬などの税務調整の理解が求められます。Excel（SUM、IF、ピボットテーブル）の操作、および英語の読み書きがビジネスレベルであることが必須です。歓迎要件として、税理士法人での勤務経験、日商簿記2級、国際的な環境への適応力が挙げられます。

Location: Tokyo｜Estimated Annual Salary:  ¥7M~9M｜Remote Work Available

This position is based in Tokyo and is ideal for someone who is flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of international clients under the guidance of senior staff, reviewing accounting records, preparing corporate income and consumption tax returns, preparing year-end financial statements, and communicating with clients in English. Required experience includes filing corporate and consumption tax returns, bookkeeping, year-end closing, and a solid understanding of tax adjustments such as accruals, consumption tax differences, SME classification, and directors’ remuneration. Proficiency in Excel (SUM, IF, Pivot Tables) and business-level English reading and writing skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience at a tax accounting firm, Japan Bookkeeping Certification (Level 2), and the ability to adapt to international work environments.
