Accounting & Finance Manager Full Time

This is an opportunity for you to lay the foundations of your future career with a position as the Manager of Finance and Accounting leading to your eventual promotion as Head of Finance. Our client is looking for someone with strong communication and leadership skills to run a team of 4 people. Strong knowledge of USGAAP will be important as our HQ is in the US.

Roles:

1. Report to Local Head of Finance

2. Monthly Financial Reporting in US GAAP including Flux analysis on PL and BS

3. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. External reporting is required as well.

4. Process owner of US SOX control in Finance and Accounting areas

5. FP&A roles in forecasting and planning

6. Responsible for general accounting transactions and treasury operations including banking transactions

7. Support external/internal audit in timely manner

8. Tax related – Corporate Tax return, Consumption Tax Return and other local taxation

9. Supports and Collaborations with other Finance leaders in AP and AR from technical accounting knowledge

10. Supports and Collaborations with Sales and Operation teams

Requirements

1. Deeper Knowledge in USGAAP and local GAAP, USCPA+

2. At least 3 years experiences in people management

3. Finance/Accounting manager experiences at other companies +

4. Good communication skills in Japanese and English

5. PC skills in Spread Sheet, Word and PowerPoint

6. ERP experiences as SAP, Oracle or other popular ERPs

Education and others

1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting

2. Self-Learner

3. Successor of Head of Finance
