Overview:

Seeking a dynamic HR Service Specialist to oversee our comprehensive HR functions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional HR services, creating lasting positive experiences for our clients. This role involves meticulous HR data management, analytical problem-solving, and proposing innovative solutions to business challenges. We value expertise in HR, data management, process optimization, teamwork, and the ability to propose and implement effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage regular HR operations including talent status updates (hiring, transfers, retirements), announcements, and contract management.
• Serve as the primary HR contact, offering guidance on payroll, social insurances, benefits, medical checks, and personnel/labor matters.
• Ensure precise upkeep of HR data.
• Regularly generate HR reports, track KPIs, and provide forecasts. Continually improve and tailor these processes as needed.
• Innovate HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough research on external and internal data for HR scheme planning, execution, and communication.
• Collaborate closely in audit processes, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Address and prevent errors, maintaining a strong compliance focus.

Qualifications:

• Fundamental understanding of HR practices and labor law, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Professional integrity and a strong ethical stance, especially when handling confidential information. Knowledge in business and finance is advantageous.
• Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting. Background in C&B, payroll, or HR services is desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills with various stakeholders including colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Highly motivated, organized, logical, and customer-oriented with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Independent learner with a growth mindset, collaborative spirit, respect for others, and resilience.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formula knowledge, VBA is a plus), Word, PowerPoint.
• Native Japanese with excellent reading and writing skills. Business-level English proficiency is preferred.
• University degree.
