Country Manager Full Time

· Senior Executive with strong management experience

· Strong business acumen, familiarity to lead a full P&L

· Build new customer bases while maintaining strong existing customer relationships

· Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics

· Can do attitude with proactive approach to challengers. Pragmatic

· Track record of success in achieving targets

· Superior negotiation skills

· Maintains high professional standards and expects the same of his/her colleagues

· A leader, someone who people will follow

· Not afraid to make tough decisions, comfortable with change management

· Experience working in European companies in Japan
