HR Director Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement HR processes, policies, procedures, and compensation plans.
• Provide HR guidance to the CEO and executive committee, actively participating in business decisions.
• Develop and execute HR strategies, focusing on organizational development, people integration, organizational culture, and corporate HR strategies.
• Drive the people agenda across the business, ensuring HR standards and legal compliance in all group activities.
• Manage compensation and benefits, oversee the internship program, and handle training and development.
• Lead all recruitment activities, building a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-caliber team.
• Maintain a low-ego culture, demonstrate high listening skills, and align with private equity shareholders.

Prior Experience:

• Proven leadership in HR within the infrastructure industry.
• Action-oriented with experience in all HR aspects and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, capable of building an HR department from scratch and implementing processes and change.
• Understanding of private equity operations in the context of infrastructure assets is beneficial.

Education:

• Minimum of a technical undergraduate degree. A Master’s degree in HR Management is desirable.
• Proven experience as an HR Director.
