Are you a seasoned HR specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an exceptional HR Specialist to join our growing team and professionalize our organization.

As the HR Specialist, you will be responsible for

· Developing, implementing, and monitoring overall HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization.

· You will support current and future business needs by identifying employees’ strengths and development needs, develop, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, and plan & coordinate efficient administrative procedures.

In addition, you will

· Maintain HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance regulations and policies, and provide organizational change information for charts and presentations.

· You will maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures, and coordinate and manage the employee compensation and benefits programs, including but not limiting to payroll, insurance, and leave management.

· Coach, mentor, and develop all levels of staff to achieve higher levels of performance, with a proven ability to play a vital role in organizational transformations.

· Have a successful track record of implementing Human Resources initiatives that have made a clear impact on an organization’s performance and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should possess a process-driven mentality with the ability to implement new policies and procedures to drive the business forward, have a strong track record in the areas of team leadership and building organizational capabilities, and be an excellent team player with an open management style, open-minded, and collaborative with exceptional interpersonal skills.

If you have a Bachelor’s degree or above, expertise in Japanese labor law and relevant regulations, and competence in the overall management and controlling of Human Resources and Administrative areas, we encourage you to apply.
