European company with strong senior management support is looking to continue their current growth in Japan by appointing a Senior Payroll Manager.
Ideally you will have 5 plus years payroll experience and enjoy the challenge of managing a small team. You will also play a key part in future hires within your team. A strong understanding of the full payroll cycle including but not limited to the following areas are important;
· Statutory annual report filing
· Up to date knowledge of relevant withholdings and deductions / bonuses / maternity leave and sick leave
· Year end (Nenmatsuchosei) experience
· Social Insurance enrollment and cancellation experience
Your ability to both deliver accurate work and monitor the work of your team will be considered a highly valuable part of your job.
