【Detailed Role Responsibilities】

• Business Strategy: Involvement in business strategy development, forecasting, management, and special projects (including stock options and corporate restructuring).
• Administrative Management: Overseeing the organization of board and shareholder meetings.
• Support for International Operations: Managing performance and handling general administrative tasks in overseas branches.
• Financial and Accounting Duties: Assisting in IPO processes, supporting audits, managing cash flows, liaising with banks, and overseeing credit operations.
