As a manager, your responsibilities are as below: ・Monthly and annual closing work ・ Various adjustments and negotiations related to accounting data ・Preparation of numerical data for business management ・Assistance in preparation of consolidated financial statements ・Audit support ・Confirmation of tax return documents (confirmation of documents prepared by outsourcing contractors) Required skills and experience ・Over 3 years of experience in the fiscal year end . ・Ascertaining and analyzing information on profit and loss statements and balance sheets, planning improvement measures, and practical work ・Practical experience in various operations using Excel
